THE ALFRED SOLOMONS PROJECT: Six

Letters to nobody, lost loves, missing persons. The Alfred Solomons Project explores the idea of lives forgotten, capturing memories and the human experience, and igniting connections among strangers. The Alfred Solomons Project is an ongoing inter-generational work, connecting young and old community members. In 2017, for TASP's inaugural incarnation, supported by Darebin Arts, Flag’s ensemble (six young creatives) linked with SPAN Community House's OMNI (old men, new ideas) in Thornbury.  Their creative collaboration lead to the development of the theatre work SIX.

‘SIX’ is a hallucinatory journey of optimism, despair, triumph and transformation. In a distorted world filled with forgery, butchery, glamour, indoctrination, plies, and impeccable millinery, this is part love story, part game show, and part confessional.

Six stories. Six characters. Six chances.
